The Cardiff Rugby Community Foundation (cardiffrugby.wales/community) are the charitable, not for profit community arm of Cardiff Rugby.
The Cardiff Rugby Community Foundation uses the power and values of sport to INSPIRE, ENGAGE and IMPROVE opportunities for all people within our community. The foundation deliver a vast range of innovative programmes, utilising the Cardiff Rugby brand, players, values and heritage to harness social good and make an impact in communities both socially and economically.
Last year the Foundation engaged with over 117,000 people across various initiatives including Fit, Fed, Fun camps, education programmes throughout secondary and primary schools, and a vast disability and inclusion provision ensuring a jersey for all.
Our education programmes explore all aspects of health and wellbeing throughout primary schools, as well as bespoke intervention programmes throughout secondary schools, including Leadership, Girls Empowerment and Exploring the world of work.
The transformacy Social Value Network is a growing community of organisations — social enterprises, charities, training providers, community groups and purpose-led businesses — each delivering genuine social value in their field and their region.
Think of it as a trusted pool of partners. When organisations make social value commitments — through a Public Sector tender, a Section 106 agreement, or their own strategy — they need credible partners to help deliver them on the ground. The network exists to connect that need with the organisations best placed to meet it.
