NeuroDiverse Community CIC (neurodiverse-community.co.uk/) delivers significant social value by reducing barriers, strengthening communities and improving outcomes for neurodivergent children, young people, adults and their families, including Armed Forces families.

About NeuroDiverse Community.

Our work is rooted in lived experience and focuses on prevention, early support, inclusion and empowerment. We provide accessible, neuro-affirming community activities, SEND guidance, advocacy, wellbeing support, youth programmes, life-skills development, volunteering and opportunities for people to build confidence and meaningful connections. This helps reduce isolation, improve wellbeing and enable people to participate more fully in their families, education, employment and communities.

We create opportunities for children and young people to develop communication, independence, teamwork, leadership and social skills. Through YouthAbility Young Leaders and volunteering, participants can progress from beneficiaries to active contributors within their communities.

We also create social value through our support for parent carers and families. By providing safe spaces, practical advice, peer support and signposting, we help reduce the pressure on families and enable carers to feel more connected, informed and confident. Our Armed Forces work provides additional support to families who may experience isolation, mobility, financial pressures or challenges accessing appropriate services.

Our environmental and community projects, including Eco Forces, allotment projects and nature-based activities, connect inclusion with environmental responsibility, wellbeing and community participation.
We work collaboratively with schools, local authorities, NHS and healthcare providers, Armed Forces organisations, charities, businesses and other community groups, helping strengthen local support networks and improve understanding of neurodiversity.

Our social value is therefore not simply the number of sessions we deliver. It is the longer-term impact: people feeling less isolated, families better equipped to advocate for themselves, young people developing confidence and skills, volunteers gaining experience, and communities becoming more inclusive and connected.

Every activity is designed to create lasting community benefit, ensuring that people who are often excluded are not only supported, but empowered to participate, contribute and lead.

The Network.

The transformacy Social Value Network is a growing community of organisations — social enterprises, charities, training providers, community groups and purpose-led businesses — each delivering genuine social value in their field and their region.

Think of it as a trusted pool of partners. When organisations make social value commitments — through a Public Sector tender, a Section 106 agreement, or their own strategy — they need credible partners to help deliver them on the ground. The network exists to connect that need with the organisations best placed to meet it.

Every member is chosen for the quality and authenticity of the social value they create, so the network stays something people can genuinely rely on — a shortcut to trusted, capable partners rather than an open directory. Each member has a profile setting out what they do, who they serve and where they operate, and displays the transformacy Social Value Network member badge as a mark of their place in the community.

Why Join?
